- **Customer Engagement:** Foster a welcoming environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Operational Management:** Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards, and manage inventory effectively.
- **Marketing and Community Outreach:** Implement marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and customer base in Kentwood.
- **Financial Acumen:** Manage store budget, costs, and resources, maximizing profitability.
- Prior experience in coffee shop or retail management.
- Proven track record of sales growth and excellent team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, engaging personality with a passion for coffee culture.
- Marketing and promotional skills to enhance store visibility.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic financial skills for budgeting and profit and loss management.
