Now Hiring Store Manager (Boynton Beach Location)


We are seeking a strong, responsible, and hands-on Store Manager to lead our Boynton Beach location. This is a leadership role for someone who is organized, proactive, and committed to operational excellence.

Availability Required:

• Full availability (Weekdays & Weekends)
  
  
• Rotating shifts
  
  
• Must be available to work weekends
  
  

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous management experience (strongly preferred)
Is responsible, reliable, and solution-oriented
Maintains clear communication and promotes teamwork
Keeps the store clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
Properly trains and develops staff
Ensures excellent customer service standards are consistently met
Oversees daily operations and reports necessary updates
Manages inventory and keeps stock levels up to date
Prepares supply lists and maintains organization
Creates and manages the store schedule
Supervises staff performance and corrects issues when needed
Ensures orders are accurate and customers are fully satisfied

Spanish speaking is a plus.
Reliable transportation is a plus.
