We are looking to add a Store Operations Manager to our family here at Alltown Fresh . The Store Operations Manager assists the General Manager with day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring compliance with Global Partner’s policies and procedures. Qualities and Skills Excellent verbal communication and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Initiative with quick decision making and problem‑solving abilities. Guest‑first mentality, showcasing exceptional guest service skills through pleasant greetings and parting remarks. Lead‑by‑example attitude and a stellar work ethic. Responsibilities Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline. Supervise, develop, train and discipline non‑exempt hourly employees, holding them accountable for operational standards. Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages or overages of $100 per month or less, and inventory variations of 0.5% of sales or less. Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets and records prescribed by the General Manager and/or Territory Manager. Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, adhering to all cash control policies. Maintain Grand Opening ready standards in accordance with Global Partner’s store image standards. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure the store is secure and safe, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines. Report any issues to the proper authority and management. Ensure adequate gasoline levels and coordinate gasoline deliveries. Engage in all company promotional initiatives. Promote a high level of guest service. Perform duties as required by company policies and procedures (including the Company Handbook) and any other duties assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager. Benefits Coins! Qualifications Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and/or holiday shifts. 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately. Ability to perform basic computer functions. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., outside, cooler conditions). Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders/stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift. Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area. Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Pay Range $49,000.00 – $65,000.00. The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location.
