About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced manufacturing buyer to own sourcing and supplier strategy for capital equipment and key projects supporting our Manufacturing, Technology & Engineering (MT&E) division. This role is hands-on, strategic, and essential to keeping our operations running efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You'll Do:

• Lead purchasing and sourcing for complex manufacturing and R&D equipment

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best pricing, terms, and delivery

• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships

• Support project teams with procurement planning and execution

• Ensure compliance with ITAR and Global Buying Policy

• Drive continuous improvement across cost, quality, and performance

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong negotiation and contract management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)

• U.S. citizenship (required for ITAR compliance)
