Experience in Payments or BFSI preferably in Dispute Management. Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance.Required Skills & Experience15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Project ManagementStrong background working with Business / Product teamsExperience managing large, complex, multi team programsStrong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and governanceExperience in enterprise systems, integrations, or platform deliveryPreferred QualificationsExperience in Disputes, Payments, Financial Services, or BFSIPMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certificationExperience working with global onshore/offshore delivery modelsExposure to cloud, APIs, data platforms, or large enterprise architecturesKey ResponsibilitiesAnticipates potential planning gaps and the impact of changes to improve plan specifics in current/ future projects across more complex work effortsIdentifies when a project is going off track and adjusts as needed to guarantee internal customer expectations are metAnticipates future project risks and thoroughly prepares contingency plans by voluntarily going beyond expectations across technology project initiativesProgram & Delivery ManagementOwn end to end program delivery across multiple technical projects and workstreamsDefine and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths for business teams.Track progress against schedule, scope, and deliverables, ensuring predictable outcomesStakeholder & Communication ManagementAct as the single point of contact for program execution and statusCommunicate clearly with business stakeholders, product owners, and leadershipProvide regular program updates (weekly/monthly) including risks, dependencies, and mitigation plansDrive alignment across multiple teams and vendorsRisk, Dependency & Governance ManagementIdentify and manage program level risks, assumptions, and dependenciesProactively escalate issues with clear impact analysis and mitigation optionsMaintain governance artifacts such as:RAG statusProgram dashboardsBurndown / milestone trackingExecutive summariesThe pay range for this role is $120,000- $140,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
