They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. The Opportunity As part of the Deals team you can enhance working capital to improve financial performance and process effectiveness. As a Senior Associate, you can analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You can work with a specialized team to provide data analysis, strategic insights, and process improvement support throughout various phases of transactions with Private Equity and Corporate clients. Responsibilities Enhance financial performance through strategic working capital optimization Provide insightful data analysis and support for process improvements Collaborate with Private Equity and Corporate clients during transaction phases Mentor and guide junior team members to uphold standards Build and nurture client relationships Develop a thorough understanding of the business landscape Utilize critical thinking to address complex challenges Contribute to the team's strategic goals and objectives What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred Other related fields of study may be considered Advising clients on enhancing working capital Conducting thorough financial analysis and diagnostics Developing what-if scenarios/models for performance impacts Implementing improvement programs within Order to Cash Supporting due diligence processes for working capital Monitoring industry trends affecting working capital management Working with financial modeling and data analysis tools Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
