This pivotal role is responsible for driving the successful development, integration, and enablement of our global and local portfolio within the UK market. The successful candidate will develop strategies, visions, roadmaps, and offerings for our UK Data Centres, ensuring alignment with our broader portfolio and leading local go-to-market strategies.Day-to-Day of the Role:Define and execute the UK strategy and vision for our Data Centres, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals.Develop compelling Data Centre offerings that drive demand and support the wider portfolio needs.Manage the lifecycle and roadmap for UK Data Centre offerings from concept through to retirement.Collaborate with teams across Europe, and other portfolios to ensure a coherent and market-leading Data Centre portfolio.Lead internal and external promotion of offerings, collaborating with marketing, sales, and analysts to enhance market readiness and operationalization.Required Skills & Qualifications:Extensive experience in Data Centre strategy and offering development, preferably within a global service integrator or a specialist organisation.Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives within large organisations.Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate complex strategies into actionable plans.Background in Data Centre solutions, with a deep understanding of AI, HPC, and Quantum technologies.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of navigating complex environments and driving cross-functional collaboration.Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build and motivate teams.
