Job Overview As a member of the Enterprise Consulting Group (ECG), you will manage small to moderately complex projects for clients, developing project plans, performance metrics, and leveraging SOC approach, tools, and templates. ECG is the organization’s internal consulting arm and a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Hybrid location required in one of Wisconsin, Illinois, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia or Alabama. Compensation is a base salary in the range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour, with additional incentives such as shift and on‑call pay. Benefits are available to eligible full‑time employees. Key Responsibilities Develop solutions and make recommendations that impact clients and colleagues. Build a network of contacts. Develop persuasive verbal and written presentation techniques. Identify and manage change effectively in a changing environment. Work with team members to utilize change‑management processes and tools to create adoption plans. Test client hypotheses and solutions with robust data consulting processes and techniques. Lead meetings/work sessions to support engagement execution. Manage delivery in consulting engagement under guidance of experienced colleagues. Use planning tools and set milestones appropriate for assignment size and scale; manage scope changes. Define project‑management processes and standards, establishing targets, benchmarks, and performance measures. Plan, organize, control and evaluate projects from concept to implementation. Assist with data collection, data entry and report generation. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Certifications: None required. Work Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in healthcare payer or provider operations. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Expertise in project, program management, and performance improvement methodologies and tools. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication skills. Highly motivated, organized, self‑starter focused on project objectives. Effective interpersonal skills and strong team player. Orientation toward innovation and new ideas. Facilitation and persuasion skills with ability to influence peers, superiors, and sub‑ordinates. Capability to convince project team members to achieve delivery goals. Ability to collaborate with operational leaders on critical decisions. Proficiency in data analysis and insight extraction. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Hybrid position; must travel to an Advocate facility with 24‑hour notice. Travel required exposing to road, weather, and normal travel hazards. Operate all necessary equipment. Work in a normal office environment.
