The role: As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of Strategy & Operations and work across everything from go-to-market operations to automation to ad hoc strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership role from day one. You'll own key workstreams and systems, bring your own ideas, and help build and optimize the infrastructure behind Coram's go-to-market engine. Responsibilities: Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM org run faster Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership Skills and qualifications: 3-7 years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with fluency in spreadsheets Experience building tools or processes that others rely on Deep comfort with AI tools, and genuine excitement for using them to work faster and build leverage Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and a strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices Current or recent experience at a high-growth, Series A–C company is a plus A bias for action and ownership; able to take an ambiguous problem and drive it to a result Strong resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments Exceptional written and verbal communication skills BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred Able to work onsite What we offer: 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company Referral bonuses Daily team breakfast and dinner, and regular team off-sites The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr
