JOB DESCRIPTION:

Under limited supervision, provides leadership in the development of the organization's strategic plan(s). Conducts environmental scans, organizational positioning analyses and other studies. Develops concepts into strategies Including quantitative analyses and recommendations; screens plans for strategic fit, feasibility and profitability prior to presentation to senior management. Coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the Integration of individual business unit plans, best practices and global and multi-discipline perspectives. Conducts external research and quantitative analysis as required. Identifies, researches, analyzes and makes recommendations to support the organization's growth objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business administration or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment including project management, quantitative analysis, forecasting, process improvement or market/competitive analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical and critical thinking ability with time management and management skills. Strong communications and human relations skills.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:

  • Experience in the development, design, and architecture of visualization platforms.
  • Extensive experience with data analytics by translating data and business intelligence needs to visual illustration requirements for executive leadership using tools such as PowerBI, Agility.
  • Experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence Platforms with extensive experience in PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, DAX.
  • Experience with portfolio management tools (i.e. Version One, JIRA, TFS).
  • Demonstrated ability to leading and coordinate large transformation efforts to identify, track, and measure value delivery.
  • Strong, fact-based decision making skills with ability to generate insight from complex data.
  • Demonstrated Business Agility, Agile, SAFe and Lean experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for all levels of an organization.
  • Innovative, results-oriented self-starter with ability to influence, collaborate and persuade with all levels of an organization.
  • Knowledge and understanding of FDX IT operational systems.

Additional Job Details:
  • Experience and understanding of FedEx, Digital.ai tool and Agility/SAFe principles.
  • Subject matter expert in translating data and business intelligence needs to visual illustration requirements.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, PowerAutomate, Data governance, data architecture and data modeling.
  • Experience in tool-selection and retrofitting existing reporting systems.

Work location(s)/Domicile:
Desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN however, this position may be located anywhere within the United States.

Additional InformationSalary Range Estimate: Monthly Salary: $8,075.00 - $14,379.00. This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role.
