A leading construction company in Lindon, Utah, is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Foreman to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in structural steel assembly, are adept at reading and interpreting blueprints, and are capable of managing a large crew, we want to hear from you!

Position: Structural Steel Foreman
Location: Lindon, Utah
Salary: $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a team of 40+ workers on structural steel projects.
  • Ensure timely and efficient assembly of steel structures in accordance with project specifications.
  • Read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings to ensure proper assembly and installation.
  • Communicate effectively with both the fabrication shop and the field crew to ensure smooth coordination of tasks.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to team members, ensuring high performance and quality workmanship.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Structural Steel Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Experience in managing large teams (40+ people) and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both with the crew and in coordinating with the fab shop.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the construction industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
