The Structural Drafter is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality structural construction documents for low- and mid-rise building projects. This role works closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to translate design intent into clear, coordinated drawings that meet established standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities Prepare structural construction documents, including foundation plans, framing plans, sections, and details, based on engineered sketches and design standards Develop and modify drawings using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements Ensure drawings comply with internal drafting standards and participate in quality control reviews Coordinate structural drawings with architectural, MEP, and other discipline-specific team members Work independently or collaboratively under the direction of a supervisor in an office-based environment Assist engineers as needed with field measurements, site visits, and inspections Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent in Drafting and Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience drafting low- and mid-rise building structures Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; certifications preferred but not required Strong understanding of structural systems, construction documents, and drafting best practices Ability to read and interpret engineering sketches, markups, and design criteria Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Office-based role Work may be performed independently or as part of a project team Occasional field work may be required to support engineering staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
