Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Structural Engineer in Salt Lake City, UT!

Responsibilities:

• Review and understand utility customer drawing packages
• Design and analyze tubular steel utility structures to meet national codes, industry standards, and customer requirements
• Provide preliminary design estimates to checking final design for production
• Utilize 3D structure modeling software for pole design and propriety calculation tools
• Provide technical support to collaborate with sales, detailing, project management, and production
• Communicate and coordinate projects with internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural or Mechanical Engineering required
• Transmission and distribution systems industry experience preferred
• PLS-Pole software knowledge
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license
