Job Overview This position will assist with the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment located within the Central Energy Plant at the Fords Research and Engineering Campus. Full‑time. Chief Engineer Responsible for the operation management and effective daily leadership and administration of the facility maintenance team with the objectives of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Full‑time. Quick Apply. Software Engineer – GPDS Guide supplier partners through the Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) including requirement signoff. Support driver assist features. Deliver software work packages through the software change management process. Maintenance Engineer Performs scheduled maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs to varying types of equipment. Senior Level Engineer Responsible for planning and conducting engineering activities, highlighting the use of advanced techniques. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Manufacturing Engineer – Automotive Industry Recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for a growing automotive supplier. Salary $80,000 - $110,000 with excellent benefits and paid relocation to the Southern USA. Equity Compensation Position Position will be compensated with 1–3% equity in the company along with a competitive salary in the future once a seed round is raised. Software Engineer – Connected Services Design and deliver scalable, cloud‑native microservices within our Connected Services platform. Own the full software lifecycle from architecture to deployment. HVAC Project Engineer Works independently and with Project Managers in designing and implementing HVAC projects. Initiates project scope, develops preliminary designs, and supports project scheduling. Core Engineer 3 – Software Development Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products to meet custom requirements. RFI and Submittal Coordinator Complete RFIs and submittals for projects. Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager in timely project completion. Technical Lead – Control Engineering Design, develop, and commission automation solutions for control systems, integrating both programming and electrical/mechanical components. Industrial System Analytics – Software Engineer Provide technical expertise and software solutions to support industrial system analytics initiatives.
