This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects from home, designing and analyzing various structures – precast, culverts, retaining walls, and more – to ensure integrity and durability.Salary: $100,000 – $170,000 per year.ResponsibilitiesDesign and analyze various structural systems using STAAD, MathCAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.Apply principles of structural analysis and reinforced concrete design to ensure safety and durability.Work with precast structures, culverts, retaining walls, and other structural systems.Ensure compliance with ACI 318, ACI 319, AASHTO, and other relevant standards.Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.Review and approve project drawings and specifications.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree is a plus).Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in the construction industry.Professional Engineer (PE) license.Proficiency in STAAD, MathCAD, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.Extensive knowledge of ACI 318, ACI 319, AASHTO, and other relevant standards.Experience with precast structures, culverts, retaining walls, and other structural systems.Strong understanding of structural analysis and reinforced concrete design principles.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Equal Opportunity StatementJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
