Structural Engineer PE

Jackola Engineering & Architecture in Vancouver, Washington is seeking a talented and experienced Structural Engineer with a PE License to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff, clients, contractors, and vendors to bring exceptional designs to life. From office buildings and schools to multifamily residences, hotels, restaurants, banks, and retail spaces, you'll engage in a wide range of impactful projects. Site visits and client meetings may require occasional travel, ensuring seamless project execution and strong relationships. Key Responsibilities Independently lead structural design staff throughout the project design and construction phases. Identify and solve problems with a goal to provide appropriate and constructable solutions. Work in a multi-discipline team environment to manage the development, design, and implementation of structural concepts, systems, drawings, and specifications. Coordinate with external suppliers, internal design teams, and manufacturers. Ensure structural designs meet company Quality standards. Use various software packages to calculate gravity, lateral, and foundation loads. Respond to contractors during the construction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
