Structural Engineer (8+ years)

Full time structural engineer. Responsibilities include leading a team of engineers with the design and review of structures from concept through construction. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, developing proposals, and mentoring younger engineers. Requirements Minimum Qualifications 8 years of work experience US SE License (Any state is acceptable) 4 years of experience with Finite Element Analysis Experience Designing Complex Steel Structures Familiar with ASCE 7 or AASHTO Preferred Qualifications Master of Science, Master of Engineering, or PhD in Civil/Structural Engineering US Structural SE License in Washington SAP2000 Experience; Experience with Non-Linear Time History FEA Analysis Experience with Cranes, Marine Structures, and/or Offshore Structures Familiarity with CMAA 70, ASCE 61, AIST, NAVFAC P-307, UFC 4-152-01, and/or FEM 1.001 standards and Codes Knowledge of IEBC Code Compensation Casper, Phillips & Associates is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position.
