Position Overview:
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. As a member of our firm, you will play an integral role in providing structural design and analysis services for a variety of projects. We offer a collaborative environment and the opportunity for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing for various types of buildings and materials, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes.
- Coordinate design work with in-house staff and other professionals, including architects and engineers from different disciplines.
- Prepare construction documents within a Building Information Modeling (BIM) environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in structural engineering.
- Inspection experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of design principles for cast-in-place concrete, prestressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and reinforced masonry.
- Experience with RAM, ETABS, and other structural engineering software preferred.
- Working knowledge of Revit Structure preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS in Structural Engineering, MS preferred.
- Engineer Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented.
