Now hiring Parts Makers & Structural Steel Workers in DeForest, WI for a growing steel fabrication company dedicated to producing framed structures of all types. They are looking for skilled, detail-oriented individuals and offer steady hours in a supportive work environment.

Pay: $26/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret structural steel layouts and drawings.
• Identify and mark components for assembly, ensuring accurate placement and alignment.
• Measure, cut, and prepare steel components using tape measures, squares, and other tools.
• Assemble steel structures according to specifications, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in structural steel layout or fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand tools and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
