We partner with customers across automotive, electronics, medical, and industrial markets. We believe the future of manufacturing starts with investing in students. Student Program Opportunities We offer flexible pathways based on student interest, availability, and academic requirements: Internships (Paid) Short-term or semester-based Open to high school seniors, trade school, and college students Hands-on experience with real projects Exposure to engineering, machining, quality, operations, IT, finance, HR, and project management Paid hourly based on role, skill level, and availability Co-Ops (Paid) Structured, longer-term placements tied to academic programs Rotational or department-specific assignments Ideal for manufacturing, supply chain, IT, and business majors Designed to align with school co-op requirements Job Shadowing (Unpaid / Observational) Short-term (1 day to 1 week) Great for students exploring career paths Observe professionals in engineering, machining, quality, maintenance, and operations No prior experience required Basic Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school, trade school, or college Interest in manufacturing, engineering, business, or technology Willingness to learn and ask questions Reliable transportation to our Natrona Heights facility Ability to follow safety policies and procedures Minors must have work permits and personal bank accounts for paid programs.
