Reliable and stable (no no‑shows; consistent presence). Willing to use verbal de‑escalation first, not physical force. Ability to obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school. What You’ll Do Support a safe learning environment by monitoring hallways and common areas. Help de‑escalate student conflicts under the guidance of experienced supervisors. Work closely with school administrators and counselors. Document incidents and contribute to school safety planning. What We Offer Competitive pay depending on role and experience.
