Primary Purpose

Job Description for Studio Operations Coordinator

The Studio Operation Coordinator should have a keen sensitivity to production schedules, an acute attention to detail, and be able to shift and rebalance priorities based on evolving business needs.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in production and project management to...

  • Facilitate cross-studio communications for smooth collaboration and information flow across teams
  • Monitor and adapt to production changes; recalibrate schedules and set assignments to meet deadlines, shifting priorities, and sample sharing requirements
  • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and organizational procedures to efficiently manage a dynamic, high-volume sample inventory
  • Validate shot list information and tag samples with barcode and tracking information
  • Relay on-set sample questions and callouts to appropriate business production partners
  • Coordinate freelance and model bookings and send call sheets
  • Oversee studio maintenance, and coordinate set equipment, materials and builds
  • Crosscheck production database image statuses and update the system as needed

  • Practiced experience using excel functions and formulas
