Position: Subcontractor for Painting

Key Responsibilities:

Must have LLC and Insurance.

Execute high-quality painting projects according to specifications and timelines.

Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.

Safely operate and maintain painting equipment.

Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a professional painter.

Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
