You will model agile project management processes—including ticket creation, backlog grooming, and sprint execution—while also documenting enterprise knowledge-sharing practices such as documentation structures, permissions, and collaborative updates.What You'll Do Day-to-Day:Simulate agile workflows (backlog, sprints, epics, dependencies).Document Confluence-based knowledge management (wiki structures, permissions, collaboration).Validate AI-generated project and documentation outputs for accuracy.Model advanced scenarios: escalations, release management, cross-team collaboration.Provide best practices for knowledge management and agile project execution.Requirements:2+ years of hands-on Jira experience in agile software development or project management environments.Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply them flexibly to real-world scenarios.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent communication skills, with a focus on precise technical documentation in English.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Perks of Freelancing with Turing:Work on the cutting edge of AI.Fully remote and flexible work environment.Exposure to advanced LLMs and insight into how they’re trained.Offer Details:Commitments Required: At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
