DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS Subject Matter Expert Team Lead - SME JOB

This is a full‑time position with schedules of 8 am – 5 pm Monday–Friday or 9 am – 5 pm Monday–Friday.

In this Subject Matter Expert Team Lead - SME role, you'll lead both on‑site SMEs and a globally distributed team of SSRs, ensuring mission planning systems operate at peak performance. Your day will include coaching team members, deepening your expertise in USAF mission planning applications, overseeing system deployments and updates, and coordinating maintenance activities that keep essential hardware and software functioning flawlessly. You'll be the anchor connecting teams, technologies, and mission requirements - ensuring the right people have the right tools at the right time.

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Preferred qualifications include experience leading technical/operational teams, a foundation in object‑oriented programming and secure development practices, familiarity with USAF mission planning applications, knowledge of DoD/USAF IT environments, experience with geographically dispersed teams, strong organizational skills, the ability to translate technical requirements into action, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
