Teachers Now is hiring motivated and dependable Substitute Teachers to provide essential classroom coverage when paraprofessionals or instructional aides are unavailable. This is a rewarding opportunity to maintain learning continuity and create a positive environment for students.

$90–$120 per day
(Based on your education level and/or teaching certification)

• Flexible Schedule
  Work Monday through Friday – choose from full or half-day assignments

  • Full Day: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Half Day: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Deliver Lessons
  Implement lesson plans provided by the teacher or school staff

• Foster Engagement
  Promote student participation and maintain a distraction-free learning space

• Classroom Management
  Create a safe, respectful, and organized environment for all students

• Student Supervision
  Monitor students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and playgrounds

• Assignment Oversight
  Distribute and review classwork and homework aligned with daily objectives

• Record Keeping
  Track attendance and report any concerns or incidents to school staff

• Team Collaboration
  Contribute to broader school efforts and support fellow staff as needed

• Safety & Responsibility
  Uphold school safety protocols and protect school property

• Long-Term Opportunities
  For extended assignments, develop and deliver your own lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals

• Associate Degree or 60+ college credit hours (required)

• Bachelor’s Degree or valid teaching certification (preferred, not required)

• Minimum 1 year experience in childcare or educational settings

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Reliable transportation to assigned school sites
