This position supports multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms. No formal Montessori training is required to apply. We provide training during your orientation and onboarding. This is an on-call position where we contact you as needed to cover when full-time teachers are unavailable due to sickness or vacation. The Substitute Teacher role offers a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at Guidepost Montessori. Many substitutes transition into full-time Assistant Teachers as openings arise.
