Success Coach Apply
Provides support and supervision for assigned residents in order to assist childcare teams in meeting resident’s needs. Provides individual and group interventions including experiential, adventure based, cognitive, Life Space Crisis Intervention and other trained interventions to assigned residents. Establish and maintain credibility with house parents and residents’ childcare team. Participates in the training and mentorship of direct care staff.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in social work, child psychology, counseling, human services administration or related field preferred. 5 years’ experience in direct care, residential youth or childcare environment preferred.
- Additional experience in fine arts is preferred such as pottery, ceramics, or sculpting.
- Computer proficiency is preferred.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand/eye coordination, pushing/pulling, and prolonged sitting/standing.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
