SuccessFactors Solution Architect - Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0
A client of ours, one of the most respected HRIT Consultancies in Europe, are searching for a SuccessFactors expert, within the Time Modules, to join at Solution Architect level.
The business are a little different to your usual consultancy, as they genuinely partner with their client base to offer not just technical expertise, but also a business focused mindset, which allows them to offer a broader and higher level of service, and thus deliver to a higher standard.
The business are seeking the following skill set:
- Hands-on configuration and implementation experience within both SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0
- A combination of Recruiting and Onboarding is required, although one can be your focus, you must have hands on experience in both modules
- MUST BE CERTIFIED
- Expert client facing experience in a consulting environment (freelance to perm and in-house experience would not be a good fit)
- Excellent communication skills
- Some experience or desire to work in a Solution Architecture capacity
The company are offering:
- Fixed salary up to 100,000 + small bonus based on billable hours
- Fully remote working set up, with 10% travel expectations and quarterly office meet ups (London)
