Embark on an exciting journey with T-Mobile's Social Media Team through the Brand Social Media Internship.
We're on the lookout for an intern bursting with passion, ready to conceptualize and craft compelling content for our social media channels in both English and/or Spanish.
If you find yourself constantly immersed in social media trends, brainstorming creative ideas, and always on your phone, this is the perfect spot for you! Be prepared to bring your ideas to the table, dive headfirst into the multifaceted world of social media, and contribute to crafting the digital voice of T-Mobile.

What You'll Do

As a Brand Social Media Intern, your role will involve the process of conceiving, filming, and editing various types of videos tailored for our brand's social channels.
Picture yourself crafting captivating \"Day in the Life as an Intern\" videos crafted for social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, crafting trending content, and curating videos for the brand's presence.
Instagram, and YouTube.
Your creative energy will shine as you collaborate with the larger social team, engaging in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh and innovative content concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate engaging content for various social channels, maintaining a dynamic and always-on brand presence.

  • Conceptualize and produce content that resonates with our audience on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Uncover insights, trends, and areas for improvement, contributing to strategic refinements in our social media approach.

  • Stay at the forefront of social media trends, offering recommendations for content that aligns with the latest buzz.

  • Bring a creative edge to the team, suggesting innovative and trending content ideas that elevate our brand's digital presence.

What It Takes

  • Currently Enrolled and pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications at 4-year college/university

  • Experience using video editing tools such as Capcut or Adobe Premiere

  • Fluency in Spanish would be a plus

  • Proficiency in crafting compelling content for various social media platforms.

  • Eager to learn on the job, and enthusiastic about creating diverse content

  • Strong teamwork skills, ready to contribute and adapt to various tasks

  • Ability to engage in social media, production, creative processes, editing, videography, photography, and strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year

  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position.
Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour.
The successful candidates actual pay will be based on experience/location
