Camp Dates
6/8/2026 – 8/7/2026 (Mon – Fri) plus one weekend for set‑up, one weekend for break‑down, and an orientation date.
Camp Hours
8:00 am – 6:00 pm (actual shifts may vary).
Hourly Wage
$22.00 – $24.50 per hour. Compensation will depend on experience and other relevant factors.
Job Overview
We’re looking for meticulous multitaskers to run our on‑site food program. Responsibilities include preparing, serving, and cleaning snacks and lunch; ordering and managing food‑service items and supplies; and maintaining kitchen equipment and spaces in sanitary conditions. No culinary experience required. You’ll also interact with campers, collaborate with coworkers, and help with camp activities.

Additional Responsibilities
Actively supervising campers
Maintaining an organized and approachable activity space
Ensuring compliance with Camp Policies
Reporting and recording details of concerns or incidents, including injuries to campers, staff, or self
Keeping track of camper allergies and dietary restrictions
Adding daily updates and photos to campers' profiles
Qualifying Characteristics
Does the idea of guiding kids while they make decisions for themselves excite you?
Are you calm under pressure and able to calm those around you?
Can you lead groups of kids on your own while collaborating with a team?
Do you have the stamina to keep up with energetic 4‑12 yr olds? Can you lift up to 40 pounds?
Are you passionate about sharing your knowledge and learning something new?
Job Requirements
At least 18 years of age
Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp‑age children, 1 year preferred, in a professional, personal, or volunteer setting
First Aid & CPR Certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (additional certifications may be required)
ServeSafe Food Handler Certification (provided if needed)

Physical Requirements
This position requires compliance with all mandatory health and safety training, including immunizations and physical screenings. You will work in a camp setting providing supervision, care, and program delivery. The physical requirements are:
Maintain and follow all safety and health rules
Organize and keep activity spaces clean and accessible
Assist in camp set‑up and breakdown during move‑in and move‑out weekends
Stand for long periods while supervising children and facilitating activities
Participate in athletic games
