Great opportunity for college students to gain hands-on leadership experience managing daily operations at a busy outdoor pool club. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring a safe environment, and delivering a positive member experience throughout the summer.

• Supervise lifeguards, front desk, and activities staff
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized facility
• Provide excellent customer service and support members
• Handle questions and resolve issues professionally
• Support events and enforce club policies
