Experience collaborating in teams. Demonstrates an understanding of cultural competency. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. Purpose We are seeking candidates to work with a group of 15 students in our Summer Village Kids (grades K-5) program at Wilshire Park Elementary School. The Group Lead will plan and implement age- and developmentally-appropriate activities for a group of children. The Group Lead will follow established procedures including positive behavior guidance when working with children, communicate with coworkers and parents, and attend required training on Friday, June 5, 2026, before the summer program begins on Monday, June 8, 2026. Responsibilities Experience working with and leading a group of young children five to ten years of age. Ability to plan and implement activities for a group of children. Ability to work effectively on a team. Ability to develop positive relationships with coworkers, parents, and children. Employment Dates Friday, June 5 through Friday, August 21, 2026. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8-hour shift between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm.
