Responsibilities Manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality execution. Read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings. Maintain safety protocols and promote a culture of safety compliance. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project objectives are met. Utilize project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project to track schedule, budget, and progress. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent role in the construction industry. Proven ability to manage on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, safety protocols, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with project management tools and construction software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
