A rapidly growing Plaintiff's Personal Injury practice located in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Supervising Pre-Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of case managers and a team of assistants and departments including property damage, records, demands, negotiations and lien negotiations.
· Take charge of all phases of pre-litigation, ensuring proper working up of cases by case managers including.
· Gather necessary information, documents, and evidence for each case.
· Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients to ensure a positive client experience.
· Provide timely updates on the progress of their case to keep them informed and engaged.
· Collaborate on case evaluation, strategizing, and medical management to enhance case value and obtain the maximum possible settlement for our clients.
· Conduct regular audits of pre-litigation cases and hold regular meetings with your team to ensure efficient case management.
· Ensure all team members and departments are achieving their respective KPI’s
· Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies -


Requirements:

Admission to the State Bar of California.
· A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
· Passion for representing injured clients against insurance companies.
· Previous experience in pre-litigation or litigation personal injury cases.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
· Ability to be a leader and effectively lead all team members within the departments you manage

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $150k/yr-$170k/yr

Hybrid work environment
