Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

52.6 Transfer Qualifications:
Current NYS employees with one year or more of permanent/contingent permanent service in a title allocated to M-1/Gr-25 (or above) and designated as Administrative under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law, may be eligible for transfer.

Preferred Qualifications: Ability to initiate and maintain relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As a Supervising Unemployment Insurance Reviewing Examiner, you would manage the operations under the UI Liability and Determination or Registration and Reporting sub-sections.
You would provide advice and assistance to the UI Division management, review and analyze employer liability issues and employer reporting obligations, and coordinate with other DOL
offices to ensure uniform application of UI laws, rules, regulations and policy. You would also be responsible for overseeing the completion of certain special projects and initiatives, and
preparing reports, as assigned.

Additional Comments Candidates with no previous state service will begin at the starting rate of the salary range listed above.
