Overview We have several openings for a full-time SUPERVISOR, PATIENT DINING (DIETARY AIDE) position. Location: Cleveland Clinic - Hillcrest, 6780 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule Full-Time; Morning or Evening shifts and every other weekend. Some holidays. Open availability from 5am-9pm preferred. Requirements Supervisor experience required. Patient dining, food service, or hospitality experience preferred. Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations. Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees and encourage goals and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
