The Supervisor, Quality Engineering is both a leadership and hands‑on QE role with excellent relationship management skills to successfully supervise daily operations of Software Quality Engineering team members. This position is responsible for collaborating with several IT parties to ensure functional and nonfunctional testing in several workstreams is done thoroughly to reduce likelihood of business interruptions and regulatory risks for IEHP. The incumbent works with subject matter experts (SMEs) to build the Test design/strategies and ensure full test coverage of upstream /downstream impacted applications as part of major system enhancement and new projects.
