Leads departmental process improvement initiatives. Ensures effective communication within Inspira and with external customers. Responsible for department quality and productivity, as well as, oversees patient services program. QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience: High School Graduate or Equivalent. Two years of supervisory experience. Certification/Licensure: Serv Safe Certified or must obtain certification within 6 months of hire. Physical Requirements: Moderate physical effort (lift/carry up to 25 lbs.); frequent, prolonged standing/walking; subject to burns & cuts; exposed to hot & humid work environment; exposed to hazards of steam & heat; exposed to heat, wetness, odors in kitchen and/or patient areas; exposed to varying degrees of kitchen elements. Occasionally exposed to, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, and risk of radiation.
