Salary:

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our team of Targeted Case Managers and provide oversight of our program that helps individuals with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse disorders. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising employees, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of Targeted Case Managers, providing guidance, support, andfeedback.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service deliveryand compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program outcomes and develop strategies to improve client outcomes andstaff performance.
- Ensure that all client records and documentation are accurate, complete, andup-to-date.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and program managers to coordinate services andstreamline processes.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and other professional developmentopportunities.
- Arrange for monthly group and individual supervision.

Requirements:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a human servicessetting
- Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, developmentaldisabilities, or substance abuse disorders.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
