What You’ll Do as a Blending Supervisor:

• Manage and direct warehouse and production teams to meet company goals
• Implement new production line initiatives, including technology and process changes
• Develop and improve SOPs for warehousing and production processes
• Conduct training for leads, coordinators, and clerks on inventory and safety procedures
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies and products
• Assist with FIFO inventory system setup and maintenance
• Recommend and initiate personnel actions such as hiring, evaluations, and promotions
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety protocols, and audit requirements
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments
• Act as liaison for customer and vendor visits

What You Need to Bring to the Blending Supervisor Role:

• 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or transportation preferred
• Previous leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments
• Strong communication skills with all levels of employees, vendors, and customers
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
• Reliable attendance and ability to manage multiple priorities
