Summary: The Supervisor of Electrical oversees repair, installation, and maintenance services for onsite and field operations, focusing on achieving key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, safety, and timely project completion. This role is instrumental in maintaining high service standards and coordinating with vendors, team members, and clients to ensure compliance with electrical codes and company policies, while driving operational efficiency and resource optimization.

Position Info:

  • Duration: Full-time
  • Location: 9493 Porter Rd SE PO Box 110, Aumsville, OR 97325
  • Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all Environmental Health & Safety standards, including holding regular safety meetings.
  • Supervise and direct Journeyman, apprentices, and other team members, ensuring adherence to local electrical codes and safety protocols.
  • Oversee installation and maintenance of electrical systems and ensure all work follows blueprints, schematics, and national standards.
  • Conduct quality control on team projects, monitoring compliance with codes, regulations, and client specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients and contractors, managing project progress and communication.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Supervising Journeyman Electrician License required.
  • Minimum 3 years managing teams across multiple locations or 2 years of WillScot electrical experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Preferred: 5 years of electrical experience, project management, knowledge of DOT compliance, and experience in apprenticeship programs.
