Description
The Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing teams that support critical Revenue Cycle functions, which may include Denials Management, Billing and Follow-Up (Regulatory and Commercial), Accounts Receivable, and Cash Reconciliation. This role ensures operational excellence across multiple service lines and payer types, including Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and specialty arrangements, for all Swedish acute ministries and associated clinics.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred fields: Finance, Business or Healthcare –or–
Equivalent education/experience
6 years of experience in revenue cycle, healthcare, banking or finance, or cash applications or billing or denials or follow-up in a healthcare system or large financial services organization
4 years of leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
2 years of Epic Healthcare Systems experience

Wage Range
Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
