Parkhurst Dining - - Responsibilities: Supervises team members in their area of responsibility.; Ensures practices and procedures comply with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.; Orients and trains staff. May be required to present inservice training programs.; Maintains morale on their shift through a sense of urgency, professionalism, and team building; resolves team member conflicts.; May assist in the planning and execution of catered events in conjunction with other team members.
