Supervisory Financial Management AnalystYou will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of STATION GUAM at NAVAL COMP TELCOM AREA WESTPAC.You will provide the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Department Heads and Supervisors with objectively based information for making decisions on financial management aspects of the agencies requirements.You will identify resource inequities affecting activity's ability to financially meet operational requirements, monitor funding used compared to availability of funds and projected needs.You will verify accuracy and completeness of accounting data in preparation for computer input.You will input, record, and maintain financial transactions pertaining to program and fund control for all fiscal years.You will review various cost reports, status of appropriated funds, and other financial statements that represent the accounting records within current systems of record.You will plan work to be accomplished, approve employees leave, support the development of military and civilian personnel, set and evaluate performance, handle minor disciplinary matters.Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled.
