Participates in broad scope projects and handles complex supplier situations.Approach to job:Collaborate with Suppliers and other Honda Business Units to effectiviely lead cap up activityMinimize supplier touchpoints thru optimizing activity. Clearly summarize each supplier situation so issue, impact, root cause and CM are clearly communicated  Key Accountabilities Lead / Perform situation appraisal and analysis of a supplier capacity on a specific part or assembly process (Tooling / Equipment Spec / Part, Drawing Spec or Evaluation / OEE / Volume Assessment / SAP development, Etc.).  Manage and correlate capacity output.Coordinate and lead supplier labeling and capacity readiness during cap-up project.
