Role Descriptions: Contracts Program Manager SupplierVendor Management (Onsite)Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management| including SOW creation| review| and execution for downstream vendorssuppliersPartner with procurement| program teams| and suppliers post componentserver selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readinessDrive SOW drafting and approvals| including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholdersManage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred)| ensuring accuracy| tracking| and timely executionSupport vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagementtransactionsEnsure status tracking| prioritization| and timely closure of contract deliverablesAct as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries| ensuring alignment across business| legal| and operationsMaintain contract documentation| governance| and audit readiness across the lifecycleBasic RequirementsStrong programproject management fundamentals (status tracking| prioritization| stakeholder coordination)Experience working with suppliervendor contracts and SOWsFamiliarity with Icertis and legalcontract workflows (CELA) preferredPST support. Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week
