Our Team, Your Impact This role is expected to work very closely with Supply Chain Analytics, Planning teams, and IT to accelerate the operationalization of advanced analytical, AI‑driven, and agent‑based capabilities across end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes. How You’ll Spend Your Day Develop and implement AI‑enabled analytical and agent‑based solutions supporting Supply Chain decision‑making Design and operationalize AI agents capable of monitoring planning integrity, KPI deviations, and operational anomalies Support optimization and explainability initiatives around IBP RCCP Optimizer outputs Build AI‑assisted analytics, scenario simulation, and recommendation capabilities Develop operational KPI monitoring, anomaly‑detection, and predictive alerting capabilities Support rapid root‑cause analysis and decision‑support automation Develop AI‑supported master data integrity and consistency monitoring frameworks Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Analytics, and IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable solutions Support integration of external and internal data sources into analytical and AI‑agent models Contribute to the industrialization of AI‑enabled Supply Chain capabilities together with IT teams Your Skills And Experience Strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML‑enabled analytics environments Experience developing AI‑driven, agent‑based, or analytical solutions in Supply Chain or Operations Strong Python / data analytics capabilities Experience with optimization or advanced planning environments Exposure to SAP IBP / supply planning processes is highly desirable Experience with anomaly detection, monitoring, or decision‑support environments Ability to operate in highly cross‑functional business environments Also Good to Have Pharma or regulated industry experience Exposure to AI agents, and decision intelligence environments Experience with scenario planning or optimization frameworks Exposure to master data governance or planning data integrity initiatives How We’ll Take Care Of You We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Comprehensive Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage starting on the first day of employment.
