Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities & Qualifications Work with business stakeholders to provide technical solutions that deliver business needs. Assist with the design, estimation, planning and implementation phases of a project. Work with cloud data warehouses using Snowflake and BigQuery, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Maintain an excellent functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems and related business processes. Support the Manhattan DFIO application, including after‑hours support, incident handling, error interpretation, data error identification, and common processing error resolution. Create system test plans and perform system testing. Adhere to change management requirements, such as creating change requests in the ServiceNow application. Analyze current business processes, build process model diagrams, and recommend improvements. Track time using time‑reporting software. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality. Confirm program application operation by conducting tests and modifying program sequences and/or codes. Perform systems management and integration functions. Provide technical support for in‑scope applications. Collaborate with the architect to develop code. Provide solutions to complex requirements. Peer‑review code of other team members. Create checklists for coding standards. Maintain key process steps defined by the customer and TCS project management. Think creatively and propose improvements beyond conventional approaches. Analyze business requirements with a creative perspective. Nice to have: knowledge in retail business.
