Flow-Rite is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support production operations by ensuring the timely planning, procurement, and delivery of materials. This role plays a key part in maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting production schedules, and working with suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally with production, planning, and suppliers to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyze demand, forecasts, and purchasing history to determine appropriate raw material inventory levels
  • Collaborate with production planning and operations to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules
  • Utilize MRP/ERP systems to manage purchasing, inventory, and material requirements
  • Monitor and adjust safety stock levels, order quantities, and replenishment timing
  • Execute purchasing activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to identify cost savings and inventory reduction opportunities
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data within the ERP system
  • Investigate and resolve material shortages and inventory discrepancies
  • Support resolution of supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Assist with raw material inventory counts and MRO purchasing as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen supply chain performance


What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in purchasing, materials planning, or inventory management in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
